Supersolid – Unity Developer (Live Games)

Sept 2024 – Present

At Supersolid I work in the live games team on the company’s long running active games. The games I work on are Food Street, Home Street, and Snake Rivals. For these games I am the sole dedicated client developer, responsible for maintaining their Unity codebases and making builds for updates.

Some of my major contributions include:

  • Keeping third-party SDKs such as Facebook and Firebase up-to-date across all games
  • Continuing and completing a season events editor tool to aid the team’s producers with setting up balance data for new content
  • Updating all three games to Unity 6

Game Trailers

This is the dynamic 3D version of the battle pass purchase menu in Snake Rivals I worked on. I created a template prefab for the layout and reused our snake rendering component to display the animated snake. The artists no longer needed to manually create and position the assets for each new battle pass, and the snakes looked much more appealing to players!
